Balázs is an Associate Director at CBRE Hotel Services, specializing in Hotel Operator Selection, Feasibility Analysis & Strategic Planning, Hotel Operating Agreement & Business Plan Review, and Real Estate Transaction Services for hotels. Prior to joining CBRE, Balázs gained extensive experience at KPMG within the Hotel, Leisure, and Tourism Advisory team, where he participated in various projects across the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, including feasibility studies for hotels, concept development, and operator/lessee searches for touristic accommodations. In his current role, Balázs leads operator selection processes across the CEE and SEE regions, represents sellers and buyers in complex hotel transactions, and provides feasibility advisory services for hotel developments, with a particular focus on building conversions.
