Lyubomir Stamboliyski is the Commercial Director of St. St. Constantine and Helena Holding JSC—a leading hospitality and development company operating nine hotels and one thermal complex across Bulgaria’s first seaside resort, St. St. Constantine and Helena, as well as in Golden Sands Resort and the city of Varna. A graduate of Oxford Brookes University, Mr. Stamboliyski is a firm believer in the power of international hotel brands to elevate destinations and drive sustainable growth. He is committed to attracting and expanding global hospitality partnerships in the Varna region and Bulgaria, with the aim of enhancing the country’s visibility on the international tourism map. A notable example of this strategic direction is the presence of Ensana Health Spa Hotels—a leading European wellness brand—within the resort of St. St. Constantine and Helena. Prior to his current role, Mr. Stamboliyski held positions in strategic development and commercial operations at Marriott International. Today, he leads the executive team in delivering the company’s ambitious investment and development program. Since 2017, this initiative has resulted in the creation and successful operation of three luxury hotels, a hotel complex with a retail center, and the largest thermal complex in Bulgaria.
