Marius Bazavan is Managing Partner and COO of Bacolux Hotels Romania, member of the FIHR Steering Committee and Coordinator of the FIHR Education Working Group. Oriented towards development and innovation, his most visible results have been achieved in Bacolux locations in Herculane, which have brought with them a revitalization of the resort after a long period of decline. The company’s investments include a new spa treatment water source, an international award-winning spa, and its newest investment is Bacolux Koralio, a new hotel in Eforie Nord, opening in 2022. But the biggest resource he is constantly investing in is building and developing the Bacolux Hotels Romania team, believing that people will always remain the company’s most valuable asset.
