Robert Esanu has over 20 years of experience in different areas of the real estate market is highly specialized in finding the right opportunities, optimizing real estate properties and adding value to projects. He has developed 5 hotels in Romania with brands from the international Hilton and Marriott networks, and since 2023 he has joined the largest hotel operator in the Baltic countries, Mogotel as development director and now covers Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria. Mogotel currently operates 23 hotels and is present in 9 countries: Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Sweden and has a strong pipeline for the coming years. The business models they offer to investors/developers are management or lease agreements with international brands or own brands. In Romania, Mogotel aims to develop in the next 5 years about 20 hotels in Bucharest and in the main cities of the country. So far this year, the brand has signed 4 commercial agreements and they are in advanced discussions to sign further commercial agreements by the end of this year. The main objective is to integrate into the hospitality ecosystem of next generation quality hotels with stable growth in turnover, profit and positive feedback from their guests.
