TopHotel, the most important event in Romania dedicated to the hotel, tourism, and hospitality industry, returns with a new edition on May 26-27, 2026, at the JW Marriott Hotel in Bucharest. The conference will take place over two days, with in-person attendance in the event hall, and at the end of the first day (May 26), the TopHotel Awards Gala will be held.

Available payment methods

Bank transfer

When registering your order, you have the option to choose payment via bank transfer (O.P.), in which case the purchase is made based on a proforma invoice. After receipt of payment is registered, you will receive the official invoice both by email and through the RO e-Invoice system. Upon request, the official invoice can also be issued prior to payment.

Online card payment

When registering your order, you can also choose to pay by card. As soon as the transaction is successfully completed, you will receive the official invoice both by email and through the RO e-Invoice system.

CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE

The conference will take place on May 26 and 27, starting at 09:00. The purchased ticket grants access to both conference days, and participation includes coffee breaks and lunch served in 5-star conditions. Afterwards, all registered participants will receive the presentations for which we have the speakers’ approval.

GALA ATTENDANCE

The TopHotel Awards event will take place at the JW Marriott Hotel after the conclusion of the conference on May 26, in the form of a gala dinner with assigned seating, in a premium pleasant atmosphere with a delicious menu.

Access to the Gala for one person costs 300 euros + VAT. At the same time, there is also the option to reserve a table for 10 people at the gala, at a price of 2800 euros + VAT.

REFUND OF PARTICIPATION FEES

Cancellations registered by April 25, 2026, are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid. For cancellations between April 26 and May 15, 2026, 50% of the fees will be refunded. For cancellations or participation requests registered from May 16, 2026, fees will no longer be refundable.
