Dragos Anastasiu is President of Eurolines Group in Romania, founder of AdWise, serial entrepreneur and business angel. Today, Eurolines Group is specializes in hospitality, hotel consultancy (www.themakers.ro) – Green Village Resort in the Danube Delta 4*, Valea Verde Retreat in Transylvania, Orizont Predeal hotel), and car rental services and consultancy. Under his leadership, Eurolines Romania Group has been continuously developing. Dragos was also President of the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Advisory Board of Romanian Business Leaders Foundation for almost 10 years. He is president of the Rethink Romania Association (www.rethinkromania.ro), a member of the FIHR board and a spokesman for the Tourism Alliance. In his 28 years of entrepreneurship in Romania, he has gone all the way from a small company with a few employees to a group of companies with a turnover of 150 million euros and 800 employees. He grew up with companies, sold, bought, merged, developed an organizational culture based on services of excellence and realized that his mindset and the mindset of his collaborators can actually change for the better.
