In the more than 10 years of activity in real estate, Horia Balan has directly coordinated infrastructure and architecture investments of over 25 million Eur. The projects developed by him have been awarded years in a row with the Grand Prize at the Architecture Annuals and Biennials. In 2019, Horia Balan was designated “Developer of the Year” by the Romanian Order of Architects. Currently, Horia holds the position of Partner at Norrma (Swissôtel Poiana Brasov) and is also Co-founder & CEO of the start-up Dwellii – producer of modular houses that combines quality design with impeccable execution.
