Ivelina has been in the Executive Director position and a member of the Management Board of Festa Hotels Group since 2015. Since 2008, she has been part of Festa Hotels team responsible for the Sales and Marketing department. Ivelina has 20 years of experience in tourism and hospitality, in which she was personally responsible for a variety of investments, organizational projects, marketing, and communications strategy implementation. Ivelina is constantly working to update and develop her management and leadership knowledge and competence, and she truly believes that leadership is a lifetime devotion and the key resource for any company’s growth.
