Silvia Kiosseva is the owner and general manager of Flamingo Hotel in Sunny Beach (Bulgaria). She graduated in “Economics of Culture, Arts and Communications” with a specialization in “Tourism” at Bocconi University – Milan. Immediately after that, in 2010, she started as an intern in the “Sales” department of “StarwoodHotels § Resorts” (now Marriott International) in Milan – The Westin Palace and Sheraton Diana Majestic. During her nine years with the company, she gained experience in corporate sales and the MICE segment for the markets of the USA, UK, Italy, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. She is part of the team opening the next properties of the chain – Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport and Conference Centre and the Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel. In 2016 she joined the team of The Westin Dublin as Director of Corporate Sales. From 2019 to 2022, Silvia was developing, managing and rebranding the Flamingo Beach Sunny Beach hotel. From 2023 she has been managing the family-run Flamingo hotel Sunny Beach. Silvia is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Black Sea Alliance and the Bulgarian Tourist Chamber. Last year, she became the first person to run the entire Bulgarian black sea coast, a route of 400km and creating a movie which will soon have its official premiere.
