Key projects include the pre-opening and full-service hotel management of Mercure Oradea (Accor franchise), the repositioning and ongoing commercial management of Gura Porti\u021bei Resort (Romania), and the commercial management of the Salzburger Hof hotel collection (Austria). Previously, she served as General Manager of Visit Oradea, contributing to the city\u2019s tourism growth and destination development.
