Prior to joining Niro, Christophe spent nearly two decades with Accor, culminating in his role as Vice President of Operations Management for Southern Eastern Europe. In this capacity, he oversaw operations for 30 hotels while supporting the development of an additional 20 properties across the region. This extensive experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment honed his expertise in operations, customer experience, and asset management. Specialties include Client Service Excellence, Brand Strategy, Customer Management, Strategic Planning, and Asset Management.
