She is skilled in leadership of strategic thinking, environmental analysis\u00a0(competition,\u00a0macro, and micro economic indicators), business case development, marketing alignment and financial modeling and is now responsible for development of Apex Alliance Hotel Management services in Europe. Since she joined the company, 24 hotel management agreements where signed and 18 hotels are currently under development, expanding the geography within the 8 countries of Europe. In the past she worked as Development Projects Manager for Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia at Orbis Hotel Group\/ACCOR, executing rebranding, development, and acquisition of hotel projects in the region. Brigita has successfully graduated Vilnius University Economy Faculty bachelor and International Business Master Degree. She has successfully obtained postgraduate degree on Hotel and Restaurant Management at Swiss Hotel Management School. She finished her internship at a 5* Beau Rivage Palace, Lausanne, Switzerland, and two years managerial training at the Thompson Hotel Chicago\u00a0(ex-Sutton\u00a0Place Hotel Chicago), United States.
