My expertise lies in cost management, budgeting, and profit & loss (P&L) analysis, driving financial efficiency and long-term profitability. With a Risk Diploma from SDA Bocconi School of Management and UniCredit Risk Academy, I have a strong background in rating systems, derivatives, and risk analysis. Before joining Novum Invest, I was the Regional Manager of Bucharest and previous Oltenia Region at UniCredit Bank Romania, where I managed a team of over 200 employees and oversaw the portfolio of more than 300 corporate and small business customers. During my 11 years in this role, I successfully increased the portfolio’s profitability, reduced the non-performing loans ratio, and improved the customer satisfaction and retention rates. I also leveraged my skills in negotiation, coaching, and banking to develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
