Andrei Vacaru is Managing Director of Romania and CEE Head of Capital Markets within iO Partners, bringing over 21 years of experience in real estate across capital markets, consultancy, retail leasing, and tenant representation. He joined JLL in May 2007 and has been part of the iO Partners’ journey since July 2023, when operations transitioned. He was then appointed Head of Capital Markets for CEE, taking responsibility for building and leading a 12-member investment team that completed transactions worth €1 billion across CEE in 2025, while quadrupling revenues over two years. Since joining the Romanian Capital Markets team in 2014, Andrei has advised on some of the most significant real estate transactions on the market, with closed deals exceeding €2.4 billion. These results positioned iO Partners as the No.1 investment advisor in Romania and a top-three player across Central and Eastern Europe.
