Bogdan Stanciu is the Founder and CEO of Bit Soft SA, a Romanian technology company he established in 1994, specializing in integrated software solutions for the hospitality industry. A graduate of the Computer Science Faculty at Politehnica University of Bucharest, he built Bit Soft into a leading regional provider serving major international hospitality brands across Europe. Driven by a vision to digitalize the HoReCa sector, he scaled the company through continuous innovation and expansion beyond Romania. In 2025, he successfully led the sale of Bit Soft to Volaris Group, part of Constellation Software, integrating the company into a global portfolio of technology businesses. He continues to lead Bit Soft within Volaris, focusing on accelerating growth and strengthening its position in the European hospitality technology market.
