With over 25 years of experience spanning hotel operations, advisory, and institutional capital, Mircea brings a rare combination of hands-on hospitality expertise and private equity execution to the CEE market. His career has taken him from the front lines of five-star operations at the JW Marriott Grand Hotel Bucharest to senior advisory roles at CBRE, and to government-level engagement with Romania’s Ministry of Tourism. Mircea is the first Romanian graduate of the prestigious MBA programme specialized in “Strategy & Finance in Hospitality Industry” at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (2007). He is the founder of EST Hospitality Consulting (2007), a firm specialized in feasibility studies, operator selection, contract negotiation, and M&A advisory across Romania and the wider region.
