Gergely joined CBRE Hungary in July 2025, taking charge of the Hotel Valuation practice for the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. He previously gained international experience at CBRE’s Munich office and with Cavendish Maxwell in Dubai, where he focused on hotel valuation assignments for various purposes, including transactional, internal audit, and financial reporting. Before these roles, he worked in Budapest at CIB Bank and KPMG, and in London at Hamilton Hotel Partners. He started his career at STR’s London headquarters, analyzing hotel performance data. Gergely holds a degree in Hotel Management from the University of West London and completed the Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management program at Cornell University.
