She built her hospitality career within global hotel brands such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Ramada by Wyndham, focusing on commercial strategy and hotel performance. At Spark Hospitality, she leads operational and commercial execution for independent and branded hotels and resorts, working directly with owners, investors, and hotel teams to build and run operations from concept and investment stage through pre-opening to stabilized performance. Key projects include the pre-opening and full-service hotel management of Mercure Oradea (Accor franchise), the repositioning and ongoing commercial management of Gura Portiței Resort (Romania), and the commercial management of the Salzburger Hof hotel collection (Austria). Previously, she served as General Manager of Visit Oradea, contributing to the city’s tourism growth and destination development. Her approach combines hands-on execution with a strong commercial focus, delivering measurable results and sustainable hotel performance.
