Experienced manager and strong business development professional with a demonstrated history of working also in the non-profit organization that focuses in supporting entrepreneurship in Romania. She has an extensive experience in new business development and a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by the start-ups, because she always had the opportunity to be involved in all the Projects from very early stages. In the past 19 years she led the development of several business and projects in areas such as tourism, real estate and hotels.
